The Cathedral of Saint Titus is a Greek Orthodox church in the old town centre of Heraklion on the island of Crete. It belongs to the Archdiocese of Crete and is dedicated to Saint Titus. The building was erected in 1869 as a mosque known as the Yeni Cami, or "New Mosque". Today it serves Christian worship and houses the skull relic of Saint Titus.

The square, domed structure follows an eclectic style and reflects Ottoman architectural influence. Vertical elements dominate the exterior, and a stone-carved apse crowns the upper part of the building.

The present building was constructed in 1869 as the Yeni Cami ("New Mosque"), after an earlier building was destroyed in the earthquake of 1856.

In 1925 it was converted to Christian worship and became the church of Saint Titus. In 2013 it was declared a cathedral of the Archdiocese of Crete.
