Masjid Al-Istiqamah is a mosque in the Serangoon North district of north-east Singapore, at the border between Serangoon and Kovan. It is listed in the Hougang area, with its address on Serangoon North Avenue 2. The building was completed in 1999 and is one of two mosques constructed during the third phase of the Mosque Building Fund.
