The Aslan Pasha Mosque is an Ottoman-era building in Ioannina, in the Epirus region of Greece. It stands inside the walled citadel known as the Kastro and is named after Aslan Pasha. Built in the Ottoman architectural tradition, it no longer serves as a place of worship but houses the Municipal Ethnographic Museum of Ioannina. The museum displays regional costumes, historical everyday objects and craft collections. Beneath the building lie catacombs and prisons where many resistance fighters were executed during the Ottoman period. An Ottoman library has also survived nearby.

After the anti-Ottoman uprising led by Dionysios Skylosophos in 1611, the Church of St John the Baptist inside the fortress was demolished. The mosque was built in 1618/19 within the city fortress, on the site of that church.
Since 1933 the building has housed the Municipal Ethnographic Museum of Ioannina.
