The Blue Mosque (Tatar: Zәңгәр мәчет) is a historic mosque in the Old Tatar Quarter of Kazan, the capital of Tatarstan. It takes its name from the colour of its walls and is also known as the Fourth Cathedral Mosque. The building is a two-storey jami mosque with two prayer halls and a three-tiered minaret rising from the roof. It is regarded as a monument of Tatar religious architecture and shows the influence of Classicism. Its architect is unknown. The mosque is listed as a regional cultural heritage site in Russia.

The mosque was built in 1815 at the expense of Akhmet Zamanov, a merchant of Kazan. Its design combines Tatar architectural tradition with Classicist style.
