The Great Mosque of Banten (Indonesian: Masjid Agung Banten) is a historic mosque in Old Banten, about 10 km north of Serang in Banten Province, Indonesia. It dates to the 16th century and is one of the few surviving remnants of the former port city of Banten. It is regarded as one of the oldest mosques in Indonesia and draws visitors not only from Banten and West Java but from many parts of Java. The complex includes a tower resembling a minaret. The mosque stands in the Plaza Masjid Agung Banten area of Kasemen.

After the fall of the Demak Sultanate in the mid-16th century, Banten became the most prosperous trading centre in the Indonesian archipelago. The mosque was first built by Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin, the first sultan of Banten, who reigned from 1552 to 1570. Our record gives 1566 as the year of construction. The mosque is one of the few structures that survive from the old port city.
