Masjid Omar Kampong Melaka is a historic mosque on Keng Cheow Street, just off Havelock Road in Chinatown, Singapore. It lies within the Singapore River planning area, in the Central Region and the central business district. The mosque has a capacity of about 500 worshippers. Dating to 1820, it is regarded as the first mosque established in the country, and it is a national monument of Singapore. It takes its name from its founder, Syed Omar Aljunied.

The mosque was built in 1820 by Syed Omar Aljunied. It is described as the first mosque founded in Singapore, earlier than Masjid Sultan. It is now a gazetted national monument of Singapore, listed 59th in the national registry.

Masjid Omar Kampong Melaka (Jawi: مسجد عمر كامبونغ ميلاكا) is a historic mosque located along Keng Cheow Street and off Havelock Road in Chinatown, Singapore.
